Ru Paul's Drag Race royalty Jinkx Monsoon is tightening her garters and hitting the road with her trusty sidekick and show co-creator Major Scales for the hotly anticipated North American jaunt of her brand new drag spectacular The Vaudevillians. Big on personality and pizzazz, the beloved comedy queen dons a brand new persona to pay homage to the golden era of entertainment with vintage costumes, knee-slapping gags and ragtime-infused musical song and dance performances galore!
During the show, Monsoon dons the persona of Ms. Kitty Witless, a bomb shell Vaudeville performer who calls the likes of Fanny Brice and Gyspy Rose Lee friends. She's the beloved wife of Dr. Von Dandy, the crafty Major Scales in disguise, Kitty and Dandy were once the toast of Vaudeville, but after a freak accident avalanche froze them in ice and time, they found themselves in a future without tassels, speakeasies and top hats. Determined to bring an old school elegance back to the stage, the dynamic duo perform old time versions of modern pop tunes, interspersed with witty banter and whole lot of dramatic backstory.
