TRANSATLANTIC FANTASTIC IN THE DISTRICT

From start to finish the show did not disappoint. The crowd was one with Ben and the bands as we drifted and time travelled with pure succinct sounds and mesmerizing energy. Everything was perfect and we didn’t come down, we stayed. Thank you for the show of a lifetime.

PRETTY DAMN GOOD

This show brought my best friend and I together and sent us back to 2004, when the albums came out and we were both 18 years of age. We bonded over these albums and they were the soundtrack to our summer that year. It was crazy to hear them live 20 years later. The sound quality was very good, and balanced and the light show was great (especially during Postal Service). The energy was pretty good the entire show, but jumped up a couple of notches during the second half with Postal Service, mainly because of the digital beats provided bass throughout. Those who were disappointed they didn't play other tunes outside the albums must not have read the description for the show. The New Order cover at the end was a nice touch.

DIDN’T PLAY ANY OLDER SONGS 2007-2015

Didn’t play any of the classics that made Desthcab famous. Feel like it was the Ben Gibbard show - everyone worship his voice forgetting about the catchy songs that made Death Can famous. When Postal Service came in they literally sang to pre recorded tracks rather than using instruments. Total amature show. Very disappointed.
