who is Alan Walker?

British born, Norwegian raised Walker is a DJ, producer and songwriter of perhaps one of, if not the most well known tracks of the EDM genre, "Faded" which has accumulated well over two billion Spotify streams since the song's initial release in December 2015, making it one of the most listened to songs on the entire platform.  It all began with an obsession with gaming, programming and music and has grown into a worldwide career. 

"Walkerworld 2.0", the artist's most recently released project is a 24 track double album, consisting of 2023's "Walkerworld" and an additional 14 bonus songs. The releases are markedly immersive and have brought with them collaborations with Epic Games' world of "Fortnite".

Winner of three MTV awards and nominated for a Brit Award, Alan is notorious for guarding his anonymity by covering his head and face when performing, making him a Banksy in the DJ world.
