Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's storied history with Balanchine and Tchaikovsky is revived in this mixed-repertory production celebrating two of ballet's greatest contributors.

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre presents a stunning ballet set to the music of Russian composer P.I. Tchaikovsky, choreographed by acclaimed and award-winning ballet master George Balanchine. This ballet is part of a 50th Anniversary event honoring just over 50 years of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre who first performed together in 1969.
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre is a critically acclaimed company with a reputation of being one of the best in the country. Previously, Balanchine has choreographed the ballets Theme and Variations, Allegro Brillante and Tschaikovsky Pas de Deux to Tschaikovsky.
