What is the story?

Set in World War II era Austria, The Sound Of Music follows the fascinating story of Maria, a spirited young woman who is failing miserably at becoming a nun in a mountain monastery. When she is placed with Navy Captain George Von Trapp and his seven mischievous children as a governess, she fills their lives with kindness, music, and overwhelming joy.
